Pillowcases for Christmas

I love the Holiday season, who doesn't? I lived in AZ for 12 years and, of course, came back for the Holidays, but it wasn't the same as when I lived here, making the dinner, wrapping the packages, shopping with my daughter. When I arrived I gathered all the things I had ordered and shipping and started wrapping just to get it done in a day. No fun, No fun at all.

Now that I am back in IL I get to fix dinner, decorate my tree, have family come for a few days and really share in the Holiday spirit. I wanted everything to be memorable, after all, my grandchildren had never known Christmas at Gra'Ma's house.  I embroidered Christmas pillowcases for all the beds, embroidered new towels for the bathroom and made special personalized pillowcases for each grandchild. I have another grandchild now so will be making 1 more soon. His favorite thing? CARS, especially Mater and Lightening!
