I have always wanted to knit a pair of socks. I really love the sock yarns. So many patterns and colors. However . . . I still haven't mastered the use of double-pointed needles. Grrr! Off and on I decide, ok, today will be the day I get the hang of it. So far that day hasn't come. I keep trying. Excuse No. 1, I am the impatient sort and think I should get it right the first time. Excuse No. 2, My left hand has arthritis and doesn't work right. Excuse No 3, on that day I didn't really want to do it anyway.
